Can Post 9/11 GI Bill used as income for child support?

I need to know if the BAH from the Post 9/11 GI Bill for the state of IL can be used as income towards child support? If it can/cannot, can anyone tell me where to find an official way of proving this? I have found conflicting answers for this and nothing that proves either way. As we know the courts wont except something unless you have an official way of proving it. I have already tried calling the GI Bill number and they were absolutely no help with telling me. And for the child support it is all income or taxable income? thanks.
