with modern cars, those 20,000 miles or so won't make a huge difference, except that you will be closer to the major replacements, but you would have to do those @ the same time on either car. Go with #1,because #2 seems overpriced. In this case, check the running condition, wear and tear on interior, etc. If they are equal, save the $2200 and get #1
