What would you think if you were getting back into your car in a motorway service station, you hear a beep?

There are a lot of 'fly' traders in car parks, especially motorway ones. Normally they are selling cheap watches. If you are given a deal that sounds a real bargain though, it may have been stolen and the police regularly watch these 'fly' traders so you could get done for receiving if you bought a so-called 'bargain'.
