Girl help? Any answers go?

So I had my friend ask this girl (subtly of course) about what she thinks of me. She actually brought me up in conversation and asked how my friend knew me. Anyway, she later said to him that she just considers me a friend at this point, but she wants it to be more than that. What does that mean and what should I do at this point? Thanks.
