Why is NBA2K11 so hard?!?

Ive been playing NBA live and madden for years, and never have I had so much trouble with a game then this one. i am the Clippers and have Devin Harris, Jamal Crawford, Carmelo Anthony, Blake Griffin and Zach Randolph as my starters. Im playing on Pro level...I cant p it without it being a turnover, i cant hit 1/2 my wide open shots, i cant get rebounds, I cant dunk, drive or shoot...even with Blake Griffen?! on defense my players just stand around on the sidelines even when im not controlling them, the other team makes every shot even with like 4 guys on them and theyre some crappy player...What are the tricks to this game?!
