Comments on the correctness of the statment"a satisfied customer is not necessarily loyal" give example?

well me for example. i get mages to obviously get rid of certain pains in my neck but theyve been there for a yr now and ive stuck with this one misuse(said misoose) or howev u spell it past 3 months cuz shes really really good and all but im planning to try out someone new. No one specific just someone different to see if they can get rid of the pain permanently. like that. maybe just not loyal all the time to try out something new.
