Does it snow a lot where you live in the wintertime?

I grew up in Chicago and some of the best childhood memories I have are making snow forts and sledding and building snowmen. Now I live in Kentucky and we get maybe an inch or two of snow and then it melts right away. I miss the snow and I'm sad that my son will never get the chance to play in the snow like I did growing up.
