Any nurses or doctors out there.. ?

I have been experiencing dizziness for the past few days. Before this, I had cough (not too bad), and a lot of drainage..mainly in the morning. I don't seem stuffed up.. besides the draining in the morning and sometimes during the day. The cough is minimal.. but the dizziness is really bothering me. Could this be a cold or sinus infection? Thanks so much! :)
