I am 17 and currently live alone with my ex-stepmother, I need to live alone in an apartment?

I live in Florida. I live with my ex stepmom, and her son, wife, and their kid will be moving in when the lease is up July 1st. Both of my parents are separated and live out of state, and my real mom and my aunt help with money as well as my own two jobs. I can no longer live where I do now once they move in. But i have found an apartment that I like and is reasonably priced. Is it possible without being emancipated, to have my parent(s) sign the lease, and I live there, alone, until I turn 18 and for sure can live alone. I know technically what I'm asking is a yes or no question but I'm also asking for extra details and process(s) I'd have to go through to make this happen, this is basically my only option.
