Is there a product that i can apply myself to car duco where the clear coat has started to peel?

I have a 1999 Holden calais . the clear coat has started to peel on the rear spoiler and a small section on the panger door. Is there a product i could apply myself to recoat these areas. I understand there maybe some prep work. any help or experience would be greatly appreciated. cheers
