Lord Voldemort and his horcruxes?

What would happen if one of lord voldemorts soul got released and came to life, like in chamber of secrets with tom riddles diary and how in the first book voldemort couldnt get the stone and so he went back into hiding so if the tom riddle memory/soul had comefully to life, what would happen if there were two voldemorts? Would they join forces or fight each other for title of the true voldemort?
