this is a bidha ...and sunnis says ..bidah hana........it has its effects .......intitutionalization of recitation of quran.....and by virtue of that ....lot many huffaz ..are there .....but this was later on used by bnu ummeyya ..for controlling the mes...makingf them silent .....so on.....
