Stupid car question...can I take my car to ANY dealer for service?

That's not a stupid question. You don't know these things until you ask. You can take it to any Infinity dealer. They'll have the ability to connect to the other dealers via their computer. I always record all maintenance work with the dates in the owners manual as well. Just in case there are any questions about what has been done, and when.
