Windows media?

hey there i have a windows media player problem here's my situation i have xp, wmp 11, main player is winamp and i'm not gonna change it, but when i watch movies the audio and video are not following each other. i mean, the audio works faster than video, do if u want to see a video, the actor is saying something, for example, and the video is like 15-20 or even more frames ahead or in the back so? can smbd help me? thanks
