Is the way people openly talk about these days disgusting?

Whats your views people do you think its right that people, some anyway talk to total strangers or friends openly about there lives as though they are putting make up on? Or do you think this is fine and helps to express oneself more freely? My view when ive got a load of guys asking me what went on with this girl and so forth.... i either wanna walk away or give him a peace of my mind. I think a person activites in this deserve more privacy.
