New to the Plastic Surgery realm. Lip enhancement help?

I originally wanted to get my nose done but couldn't afford it. So I decided to get my lips enhanced hoping that it would take attention away from my nose. I am looking for something that will last a long time. I want my upper lip to get closer to my nose and my bottom lip even bigger than my upper lip. I only have $1,000. Will that give me the huge long lasting lips that I described? Is restalyn a good idea or should I get juvederm ultra plus? I have done my research but keep getting photoshopped pictures!
