Will this lens work with my Canon Rebel xTi?

Yes, any Canon EOS lens will work with your camera. The 100mm f/2.8 macro is no longer a production lens, it has been replaced by a version with an image stabilizer built it. Other than that, it is a very good lens for both macro photography and general shooting appropriate to the focal length.
